Effect of circRNAs 000286 and 017277 on insulin biosynthesis and secretion in MIN6 cells. (a) The MIN6 cells were transfected with circRNA 000286 or 017277 siRNAs. The total RNA was extracted, and the expression levels of circRNA 000286 (left panel) or circRNA 017277 (right panel) were determined to evaluate the efficiency of transfection.
