Effects of Ataxin-10 on chemokine/cytokine expression in TNF-α-stimulated HUVECs. (a) HUVECs were transfected with either EV or HA-Ataxin-10 for 48 h, followed by incubation with TNF-α (10 ng/mL) for 4 h. Relative mRNA levels of IL-1β, IL-6, CCL-5, CCL-7, CXCL-9, CXCL-1, MCP-1, and TNF-α were detected by qPCR, with β-actin as an internal control. and vs. EV.
