Sodium Houttuyfonate Ameliorates <i>β</i>-amyloid<sub>1-42</sub>-Induced Memory Impairment and Neuroinflammation through Inhibiting the NLRP3/GSDMD Pathway in Alzheimer’s Disease

<div>SH attenuated A<i>β</i><sub>1-42</sub>-induced oxidative stress and cell apoptosis in PC12 cells. (a) Cell viability following treatment with SH at a range of concentrations was detected by MTT assay. (b) Cell viability following treatment with A<i>β</i><sub>1-42</sub> and SH at a range of concentrations was detected by MTT assay. (c) ROS level was detected with DCFH-DA and analyzed by fluorescence microscopy. (d) MDA level was determined with the MDA kit. (e) SOD level was determined with the SOD kit.
