MAPK1 neutralizes the antifibrogenic effect by miR-450a-2-3p. (a) The proliferation of CFs was quantified by the CCK8 assay. CFs were transfected with mixture of miR-450a-2-3p mimics or NC (10 μL) and MAPK1 overexpression plasmid or empty vector (2.5 μg) for 48 h.
