Supplementary Material: includes three video clips (1, 2, and 3) demonstrating the novel surgical technique during minimally invasive surgery. Video clip 1 is a routine laparoscopic hysterectomy and bilateral salpingoopherectomy with removal of the pelvic viscera using the retrieval system. Video clip 2 and 3 demonstrate the removal of a hysterectomy specimen and removal of pelvic lymph node dissection using the modified McCartney technique.
