The proposed restoration method.

(1) Estimate the noise stand deviation of the given noisy image

(2) Use FoE to denoise

(3) Estimate the remaining noise stand deviation from the pretreatment result via FoE

(4) Use the FoE result to build the dictionary

(5) Use the K-SVD to restore the pre-treated image
