Inclusion population evolution for inclusions of a 2 μm size in the vertical runner. The three cases show inclusions in an imaginary cylinder centered at the axis of the runner, with a diameter of 1, 2, and 3 cm, respectively. The percentage is given from number of inclusions to the total number of injected inclusions, present in the corresponding volume.
