ANSYS command DELTIM is used to specify the time step sizes which are automatically adjusted to vary in the range.
The IPG-DDA inherits the open-close iteration algorithm from the DDA which reduces time step sizes once an open-close iteration process cannot reach the convergence criterion within six cycles.
