Mathematical Problems in Engineering has retracted the article titled “Development of Highly Interactive Service Platform for Social Learning via Ubiquitous Media” [1]. The peer review of the article has been compromised, due to a conflict of interest between the handling editor and one of the authors. The article has been reassessed by our board who found it to be out of the journal’s scope. It is an application of software and visualization tools to create aninteractive learning process for students and does not include any mathematical formulations. The authors disagree with this retraction.
