Hyperchaos: Theories, Experiments, and Applications

Call for Papers

A hyperchaotic attractor is typically defined as chaotic behavior with at least two positive Lyapunov exponents. In the last few decades, hyperchaos as well as its control has become a well-established research area and it finds several applications in many scientific fields, ranging from science and engineering to economics and social sciences.

Many significant contributions oriented towards theory, algorithms, numerical simulations, applications, or experimentation related to hyperchaos and its applications were reported in the recent literature. For example, many several techniques of secure communication are based on hyperchaotic systems. This is due to the rapid developments in telecommunication such as the mobile sector and the Internet. So the protection of the informations against illegal use has become extremely important.

This special issue aims at creating a multidisciplinary forum of discussion on recent advances in hyperchaos and its applications to aerospace engineering, bioengineering, chemical engineering, civil engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering and manufacturing systems, and mechanical engineering. The accepted papers will show a diversity of new developments in these areas. This issue accepts high quality articles containing original research results and review articles of exceptional merit, and it will let the readers of this journal know more about this fundamental area of mathematics.
