Peptide array to determine epitope specificity of naturally acquired human Pf332-DBL antibodies. Affinity purified naturally acquired human Pf332-DBL antibodies were probed on a peptide array of 148 overlapping 15-mers (spanning amino acids 145-747 of the tandem DBL domains of EBA-175. The anti-Pf332-DBL antibodies did not detect any epitopes present in EBA-175, indicating that they do not cross-react with linear epitopes of the EBL-DBLs.
