Self-Organizing Construction Method of Offshore Structures by Cellular Automata Model

Outline of a self-organizing marine structure. The unified modules (structural units) are piled on a basement at the bottom of the sea and eventually the structure with the appropriate shape emerges. It is assumed that each module only communicates with adjacent units. Using the attribute of emerging pattern in one-dimensional cellular automata, specific structures based on the local interaction of transition rules without using complex algorithms can be constructed.
