Reduced ErbB4 Expression in Immune Cells of Patients with Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis

<table>ErbB4 expression in PBMCs of 5 patients with RR-MS and 5 age- and sex-matched healthy controls (HC) was studied after 24 hrs incubation with anti-CD3/CD28 mAb (white histograms) or their isotype controls (grey histograms). The stimulatory effect via CD3/CD28 on the MFI of ErbB4 was significantly higher in the HC as compared to the patients.</table>
