Acetazolamide Treatment Prevents Redistribution of Astrocyte Aquaporin 4 after Murine Traumatic Brain Injury
Acetazolamide treatment prevents AQP4 reorganization in human astrocytes. Astrocytes were treated with (a) vehicle or (b) acetazolamide (0.45 Î¼m) at the onset of OGD. At 48 hours, astrocytes were fixed and subjected to APQ4 immunocytochemistry (n=3/group, 3 independent experiments).
