Compound cytotoxicity determined using the LDH assay. The test was performed 24 hours after LPS stimulation. The data are presented as the mean ± SEM and represent the normalized averages derived from 10 to 15 samples per group. The results are presented as fold-change relative to the unstimulated control. Statistical analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni post hoc tests.
