Striatal Injury with 6-OHDA Transiently Increases Cerebrospinal GFAP and S100B

GFAP and S100B levels in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of rats administered a 6-OHDA injection. CSF was obtained by cisterna magna puncture, and GFAP (a) and S100B (b) were measured by ELISA. Each value represents the mean ± standard error from at least 4 rats per group.
