Rating of perceived exertion (RPE) and heart rate (HR; beats per minute (bpm)) are shown in Figures 2(a) and 2(b), respectively. -axis represents 4 different time points at which these measurements were taken. Data are means and error bars are standard errors. There was a significant difference between the two sessions during cooldown for the RPE. A significant effect of time was noted for HR. .
