Increases in Retrograde Injury Signaling Complex-Related Transcripts in Central Axons following Injury

RT-PCR validates the presence of importin β1, RanBP1, vimentin, β-actin, and γ-actin in explant lysates and reveals different levels of transcripts in explants and axons. In addition, γ-actin is absent from axons (Ct values of &gt;37). Values represent Ct values.
