The changes of TNF-α, IL-1β, and iNOS in TLR4 siRNA treated BV-2 cells after exposure to MPP⁺ for 12 h. Note that, after the treatment with TLR4 siRNA interference, the levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, and iNOS were statistically decreased in the 0.1 mM MPP⁺ group as compared with those of 0.1 mM MPP⁺ group without the treatment with TLR4 siRNA interference. .
