GP reversed Aβ-induced effects on the releases of cytokines. The N9 microglial cells were divided into four groups, including control: cells cultured in normal medium; GP: cells cultured in the medium containing 50 μg/mL GP; Aβ: cells cultured in the medium containing 10 μM Aβ; GP + Aβ: cells cultured in the medium containing 50 μg/mL GP and 10 μM Aβ. After 24-h incubation, the corresponding ELISA kits were used to evaluate the releases of cytokines, including TNF-α (a), IL-1β (b), IL-6 (c), IL-10 (d), BDNF (e), and GDNF (f).
