<div>Phosphorylation of ERK and CaMKII in the hippocampus was increased by TPPU and 14,15-EET. (a) Hippocampal slices were incubated with 14,15-EET and TPPU for 20–25 min and then washed. Homogenate from the hippocampus was prepared and blotted with antibodies to ERK phosphorylation and (b) Thr-286 phosphorylation in CaMKII.
