Inhibition of NLRP3 Inflammasome Ameliorates Cerebral Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury in Diabetic Mice

<div>NLRP3 inhibition reduced the neurological deficit score in diabetic mice. The neurologic score was assessed 24 hours after MCAO. MCC950 reduces the neurological deficit score in diabetic mice.
