Female Genital Mutilation/Cutting: Innovative Training Approach for Nurse-Midwives in High Prevalent Settings

<div>Knowledge on the roles participants should assume in the management and prevention of FGM/C. Participants scored high on advocacy (80.8%) and average on counselor’s (69.2%) roles. However, poor knowledge on role models (42.3%), leaders (26.9%), and caregivers’ (34.6%) roles were demonstrated during baseline.
