The impact of WEV+NP on the cell cycle and apoptosis in MM cells. (a) The ability of WEV and WEV+NP to alter the cell cycle of MM cells was evaluated using propidium iodide (PI) and flow cytometry. PI-labeled cells were gated depending on the PI-area and PI-width to calculate the G1, S, G2/M and sub-G1 (apoptotic cells) cellcycle phases.
