Liver homogenates were used to measure immunoreactivity by multiplex ELISA. Phospho/total signaling protein levels were calculated. Immunoreactivity was normalized to protein concentration and data are expressed as mean ± SEM of fluorescence light units (arbitrary). Intergroup comparisons were made using -tests.
