Tritium labelled inositol incorporation into yeast cells. CY4029 (WT), sit4Δ, and kti12Δ were incubated with -inositol for 4 hours, and lipids were extracted and analysed by thin layer chromatography, before and after mild-base treatment to remove inositol phosphate (PI). Equal CPMs were loaded for all the samples. A representative image of two biological replicates is shown.
