50 Hz Electromagnetic Field Produced Changes in FTIR Spectroscopy Associated with Mitochondrial Transmembrane Potential Reduction in Neuronal-Like SH-SY5Y Cells

ATR spectra of neuroblastoma cells in the spectral IR region from 3300 to 2800 cm⁻¹: (a) after 4 h of exposure to 50 Hz EMF at 50 μT; (b) after 4 h of exposure to 50 Hz EMF at 0.8 mT; (c) after 4 h of exposure to 50 Hz EMF at 1.4 mT. The increase in intensity of CH₂ asymmetric and symmetric stretching appeared clearly after exposure to the magnetic flux densities of 0.8 mT and 1.4 mT.
