(b) Myosin Va expression reflects a dose-dependent response to BMP-2 administration. (c) Immunofluorescent assay characterizes actin and myosin Va expression. Myosin Va proteins were abundantly distributed in the cytoplasm of cells binding closed actin in BMP-2 overexpressing VSMCs, compared to control (which manifested only weakly positive signals).
