Effects of Drp1, Mfn1, or Mfn2 knockdown on mitochondrial function in ARPE-19 cells. ARPE-19 cells were transfected with Drp1, Mfn1, or Mfn2 siRNA, respectively for 48 h; protein expressions were confirmed by Western blot (a), cellular ATP content (b), ROS content (c), and oxygen consumption capacity (d) and mitochondrial membrane potential (e) was analyzed.
