Intracellular colocalization between PRAK and DJ-1. (a) NIH3T3 cells were cotransfected with pcDNA3-HA-PRAK and pEGFP-DJ-1, stained with an anti-HA antibody and visualized with a Texas red-conjugated secondary antibody. (b) Naive PRAK^+/+ cells (upper) or PRAK^+/+ cells synchronized by serum starvation for 48 hrs and treated with 300 μM H₂O₂ for 6 hrs (lower) were stained with the primary antibodies against PRAK and DJ-1 and visualized with FITC- and Texas red-conjugated secondary antibodies.
