Epigallocatechin-3-Gallate Enhances the Therapeutic Effects of Leptomycin B on Human Lung Cancer A549 Cells

Western blots of p21 and survivin in A549 cells treated for 48 h. Protein was extracted from cells using RIPA lysis buffer. Protein concentration was determined using a Bio-Rad Bradford protein assay. Protein lysate (30 μg) was separated using 12% SDS-PAGE and transferred to a PVDF membrane. After immunoblotting with primary and secondary antibodies, membranes were visualized by chemiluminescence and exposed to X-ray film. E: 20 μM EGCG; 0.5L: 0.5 nM LMB; 5L: 5 nM LMB.
