Effect of OEE, HSE, and their mixture on cell viability in HUVECs exposed to H₂O₂. HUVECs were treated with OEE, HSE, and their mixture (0.05–100 μg/mL) for 24 h; oxidative damage was then induced exposing the cells to 150 μM H₂O₂ for 3 h and cellular damage was assessed by both MTT assay ((a), (b), and (c)) and flow-cytometry analysis ((d), (e), and (f)). Data are reported as percent cell viability in comparison to control cells. Each bar represents the mean ± S.D. of four independent experiments. with respect to H₂O₂-treated cells, with respect to control cells.
