Antioxidative Diet Supplementation Reverses High-Fat Diet-Induced Increases of Cardiovascular Risk Factors in Mice

Antioxidative treatment counteracts HFD-induced blood pressure increase after 8 weeks. Mice were fed either a normal diet, a high-fat diet (HFD), or a HFD supplemented with corabion for eight weeks starting at an age of five weeks. Blood pressure was measured for 15 min on anaesthetized mice at the indicated times.
