Salidroside mediated the expression of miR-103 in HUVECs induced by H₂O₂. (a) The expression of miR-103 was detected by qRT-PCR after H₂O₂ treatment at the indicated time points. (b) The expression of miR-103 was determined in HUVECs treated with the indicated concentration of H₂O₂ for 6 h. (c) HUVECs were treated with H₂O₂ alone or in combination with salidroside.
