The effect of high glucose or bupivacaine on 8-oxodG expression and DNA damage. Con: SH-SY5Y cells of group control. HG: SH-SY5Y cells were exposed to 50 mM glucose for 8 d. Bup: SH-SY5Y cells were treated with 1.5 mM bupivacaine for 24 h. HG + Bup: SH-SY5Y cells were incubated with 50 mM glucose for 8 d and then treated with 1.5 mM bupivacaine for 24 h.
