Changes in the Conformational State of Hemoglobin in Hemodialysed Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

Figure 3

Electrophoresis results of SDS polyacrylamide gel in reduced conditions. Fractions of proteins obtained from hemolysate from patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis after separation on carboxymethylcellulose. The markers were also used: myoglobin; (2) bovine albumin; (3) cytochrome c; (4) anhydrase; (5) mixture of 1, 2, 3, and 4; (6) hemolysate (crude hemoglobin); (7) proteins in fraction I; (8) proteins in fraction II; and (9) fraction III (pure HbA). Protein bands were stained with Coomassie blue R250.
