The impact of HO-1 expression level on intestinal barrier function after OALT. Concentrations of diamine oxidase (DAO) (a), D-lactic acid (D-LA) (b), and intestinal fatty acid-binding protein (FABP2) (c) in serum were detected to determine intestinal epithelial function. The serum was collected from each animal in all groups at 8 h after reperfusion. The results were presented as the mean ± SD, –6 per group. , , one-way ANOVA with Tukey test.
