Effects of MAPKs and NF-κB on HOCl-alb-induced ICAM-1 expression. HUVECs were preincubated with the indicated concentrations of U0126, SB203580 (a), or SN50 (b) for 1 h before stimulation with 200 mg/L HOCl-alb for 12 h.
