C1q/TNF-Related Protein 9 Protects Diabetic Rat Heart against Ischemia Reperfusion Injury: Role of Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress

<div>CTRP9 reduced ERS in diabetic heart. Isolated hearts from normal or HFD induced type 2 diabetic rats were subjected to IR protocol with globular CTRP9 (1 <i>μ</i>g/mL) or equal amount of KH buffer. Representative images (a) and bar graphs of cardiac TNF-<i>α</i> (b), CHOP (c), GRP-78 (d), and DsbA-L (e) determined by Western blots. GAPDH was used as loading control.
