SOD2 Mediates Amifostine-Induced Protection against Glutamate in PC12 Cells

Amifostine exposure increased SOD2 activity in PC12 cells. (a) Amifostine did not induce a significant effect on SOD1 activity (). (b) Amifostine increased SOD2 activity.
