Effects of SPRC on TG, MDA accumulation, and SOD activity. (a) Cells were incubated with or without PAG (2 mM) for 30 min followed by SPRC (50 μM) for 6 h. Cells were then treated with OA (1.5 mM) for 18 h. After the treatment duration, intracellular TG content was measured by TG testing kit. (b) Cells were treated as described before, and then SOD activity was detected by kit. (c) Cells were incubated in the same way as the MDA testing, and intracellular MDA was measured by MDA testing kit.
