Oxidative stress decreased cell viability and triggered autophagy. (a) Twenty-four hours after the indicated dose of H₂O₂ treatment, CCK-8 assay revealed that cell viability loss was in a dose-dependent manner. (b) When cells were treated with 50 μM H₂O₂ for various time durations, cell viability loss presented a time-dependent manner.
