Upregulation: TNF-α, caspase-3, caspase-8, caspase-9, endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress, P21, P53, Bax/Bcl-2, DR5, AMP-activated protein kinase, MAPK signaling pathways, the phosphorylation (activation) of p38/JNK signaling, and the FasL signaling pathway. Downregulation: hTERT mRNA, telomerase, survivin, VEGF/VEGFR2, CD31, NF-κB, Erk1/2, MMP, microtubule assembly, tyrosine kinases such as EGFR/HER2, P-glycoprotein, and PI3K/Akt/mTOR, and estrogen receptor signaling.
