Downregulation: hTERT mRNA, telomerase, survivin, VEGF/VEGFR2, CD31, NF-κB, Erk1/2, MMP, microtubule assembly, tyrosine kinases such as EGFR/HER2, P-glycoprotein, and PI3K/Akt/mTOR, and estrogen receptor signaling.
