NPOA enhanced CPT-induced apoptosis through mitochondrial pathway. H1299 cells were treated with CPT alone and NPOA alone or their combination for 24 h, respectively. Afterward, H1299 cells were analyzed using flow cytometer- and fluorescence microscopy-based JC-1 assays, respectively.
