Increased Oxidative Damage of RNA in Early-Stage Nephropathy in db/db Mice

<div>Increased albuminuria in db/db mice. db/db represents BKS.Cg-Dock7<sup>m</sup> +/+ Lepr<sup>db</sup>/JNju mice and db/m represents their lean littermates. Samples from 4-, 8-, 12-, and 16-week-old mice were examined. From 8 to 16 weeks of age, db/db mice showed increased microalbuminuria compared with their lean db/m littermates.
