Synergistic effect of MP and 2-DG in ch-ALL cell lines. The responses of a panel of leukemia cell lines to MP alone and in combination with 2-DG: (a) 0.1 mM, 0.2 mM, and 0.25 mM of 2-DG for SUP-B15 and (b, c) 0.5 mM, 1 mM, and 2.5 mM of 2-DG for SD1 and REH was measured after 72 h using the MTS assay. Cell viability was normalized to untreated cells (100%). Data represent the SD of the mean of three independent experiments (). , , compared to single treatment (−2-DG) as determined by two-way ANOVA analysis of variance using Bonferroni’s multiple comparison test.
