Glycosides from <i>Stevia rebaudiana</i> Bertoni Possess Insulin-Mimetic and Antioxidant Activities in Rat Cardiac Fibroblasts

<div>Effect of different steviol glycoside mixtures on catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD1) mRNA levels in rat cardiac fibroblasts. Cells were treated with R97, R60, SG, or TRU (1 mg/mL) for 24 hours, and after RNA extraction, the level of CAT mRNA (a) and SOD1 mRNA (b) was assayed according to the experimental procedure section. Each bar represents the mean ± SD of three independent experiments.
