Red Yeast Rice Protects Circulating Bone Marrow-Derived Proangiogenic Cells against High-Glucose-Induced Senescence and Oxidative Stress: The Role of Heme Oxygenase-1

<div>CoPPIX (10 <i>μ</i>M), ZnPPIX (10 <i>μ</i>M), and HO-1 siRNA modulate the inhibitory effect of RYR extract on high-glucose-caused (a) senescence and (b) oxidative stress in PACs. Oxidative stimulator H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> (50 <i>μ</i>M) was used to confirm the antioxidative effect of RYR extract.
