Baicalin Ameliorates Liver Injury Induced by Chronic plus Binge Ethanol Feeding by Modulating Oxidative Stress and Inflammation via CYP2E1 and NRF2 in Mice

<div>Baicalin prevents chronic-binge ethanol-induced liver injury by modulating NRF2 and its target genes HO-1 and NQO1. (a) Western blot analyses of nuclear extracts of NRF2 along with loading control histone H3. Hepatic mRNA of HO-1 and NQO1 was analyzed by real-time PCR.
