Signals of the MCA-producing IgM clone 3G5 on plates coated with MDA-LDL and Cu++-oxidized LDL. The weaker binding on Cu++-oxidized LDL-coated plates () indicates that MDA is also produced by copper oxidation, but due to several other modifications, less appropriate binding sites occur for the MCA.
